You do not need to have the largest showroom or the biggest "in-stock" inventory to serve the needs
of clients. Ceramique's approach is three pronged:
We develop relationships with a wide variety of quality suppliers, the majority of these relationships are
directly with the factory.
By sending our entire sales staff each year to "COVERINGS", the international tile show, they are updated
in the latest industry trends and product developments.
Each sales team member is encouraged to develop relationships with vendors who can help them locate products.
They meet with all foreign and domestic factory representatives who visit Ceramique to present their
product lines.
As a result, each member of our Sales Team becomes a resource for tile and natural stone products and
information.
Yes, we do stock material that is directly imported primarily from Italy. Currently we deal directly
with (9) porcelain factories, as well as having over 100 state side sources for materials. Our reputation
has been built on the premise that we seek the unique and try our best to source what our client is looking for.
In addition, we offer the following services:
IN-HOME VISITS
Some clients elect to pay a small fee for this service which gives them confidence in the
selection and design process.
DETAILED DRAWINGS
These are provided to both the client and the tile installer, as necessary,
to help the client envision the design, and to the tile installer to clarify the installation.
CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES
Many clients incorporate unique product selections, which may involve
water jet work, intricate stone or glass mosaic work, or architectural stone
pieces such as fireplace surrounds, columns and door surrounds. In those instances our
team interfaces with fabricators to produce drawings, either by hand or by computer.
GRANITE FABRICATION
We have teamed up with a local fabricator to provide stone counter top fabrication services.
They have invested in state of the art equipment and provide a beautiful finished product.
